Thank you for subscribing or renewing your subscription to Valley News and Views. Subscribing online is easy and allows you to use your credit card or if you are a PayPal subscriber, you can pay with your PayPal account.

All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal.  PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 164 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world, PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages. PayPal transactions are safe and secure.
Payment is easy. Just do the following:
  1. If you live outside of Pembina County North Dakota use the lower gray box to submit payment.
  2. If you live inside Pembina County use the top gray box.
  3. In either case, use the first drop down box to select your subscription option (One year, two year or three year).
  4. Use the second drop down box to indicate whether you are a new subscriber or renewing your subscription.
  5. Click on the "Buy Now" button.
  6. You will be redirected to the Great Caesar's Ghost payment page where will have the option to sign in and pay with PayPal (right side of page) or by credit card, using the credit card option at the bottom of the page.
  7. The rest of the transaction is fill in the blank with your billing and mailing information.
